As one of the statisticians in ICG Analytics Group , you will be providing analytical insights to senior management/sales team across key ICG businesses, including Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Markets & Securities Services, Human Resources, and O&T.


  • Generate deep dive insights on Market, product, and client through the analysis of data and understanding of business processes, turning them into actionable recommendations to help senior management/sales team make strategic business decisions.


  • Construct performance metrics and various analytics by division, sector and geography for business reviews.


  • Understand the competitive landscape and analyze Citi's market share, strengths and opportunities.


  • Analyze feedback from Voice of Client (VoC) surveys to best serve our clients.


  • Respond to high volume of ad-hoc requests from senior management in time sensitive manner.


  • Create presentations and present to senior management/sales team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in analytical fields (Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Business Administration, etc.), Master's preferred 
  • Minimum 2 years ( 5+ years preferred) experience in related areas: business analytics with experience of dealing with large data size highly preferred
  • Proficiency with analytical tools - SQL/Python/R/SAS
  • Good common sense with demonstrated ability to quickly translate business questions into analytical framework
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to work / deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
