We have many billion documents and growing. Example categories for these documents are letters of authorization (LOA) for a transaction, profile edits, ACH/VDA setup, Estate Processing, New Account Opening, Trust etc. We process both firm branded and non-firm branded forms. The current processing is very manual in nature. The scanning operator has to key in the fields manually and then route to the appropriate workflow. This process is slow and error prone.
We are in process of revamping the document scanning and processing platform.
