Principal,Client Strategist Institutional
'The Institutional Client Strategist (ICS) will focus on selling BNY Mellon Wealth Management (WM) Investor Solutions capabilities by leveraging the resources, relationships, and insights of the firm. This individual will be expected to partner with leadership in driving the regions overall institutional strategy through targeted Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) outreach and execution. The ICS will also be expected to partner with Wealth Managers in delivering BNY Mellon's overall capabilities to existing clients. The incumbant will need to have significant experience advising non-profit organizations, endowments, foundations, retirement plans or family offices with assets over $25M to $1B+. The incumbant should have a proven sales background and track record of selling to institutional clients, prospects and COIs. 5+ years of Experience working with RFPs and selling and marketing OCIO to institutional investors is required. The individual will have a consultative-based selling technique and be a key driver in building BNYM's OCIO business. The individual will be expected to have strong leadership qualities, intellectual ability, and interpersonal skills to establish credibility amongst senior leaders in the firm and across the investor community. Qualifications
15+ years of sales experience, relationship management experience, and/or demonstrated the ability to be a strong producer of sales records in the Wealth Management/ Institutional industry. Successful candidates must have experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals and clients with substantial investable assets.
