BNY Mellon Securities Corporation seeks a Principal, Relationship Management in NewYork, NY, to independently develop the strategic plan for managing and growingexisting client relationships, with a focus on revenue retention. Requirements: Bachelor'sdegree or foreign equivalent and seven (7) years of progressively responsibleexperience in the job offered or a related occupation: devising and developing strategic plans for managingand growing existing client and consultant relationships; reviewing andpresenting the suitability of financial investment products to global clientsand consultants, maintaining global buy-ratings, and retaining multi-national andregional clients; tailoring and customizing investment products to meet globalinstitutional client and consultant requirements within different geographicaljurisdictions; presenting, selling and cross-selling financial investmentproducts, including equities, multi-asset, and fixed income products, intoregional and global institutional markets; developing client service modelsthat align with different regulatory regimes, including FCA regulations;overseeing all aspects of the client lifecycle, including client take-on, clientmaintenance and mandating compliance, and implementing client take-off;utilizing and customizing CRM platforms, including salesforce.com, to capturepipeline management and implement car protocol for business oversight, and developingclient reporting platforms; leveraging global investment pooled vehicles anddeveloping segregated portfolios to be distributed in global markets, includingUCITS; devising global pricing models and negotiating contracts forcross-business and cross-border multi-national clients including Defined Benefit,Defined Contributed, Endowment and Foundations, and Intermediary and Bankchannels in global institutional markets; utilizing investment databases,including eVestment and Mercer GIMD, and client directories, including moneymarket directory, FinSearches, and Public Plan IQ, to identify globalopportunities and prospective clients; and devising and commercializinginnovative investment solutions to promote products, including global ESG andsustainable products.
