Description

Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Assist with development and creation of product content for triResolve, triResolve Margin and triCalculate to help educate and inform customers
  • Interpret client content needs based on external feedback from triResolve clients and prospects and internal feedback from triResolve sales team.
  • Work with the triResolve BLM to perform client analysis
  • Help educate sales team and establish sales team buy-in on product messages
  • Work with product marketing and marketing communications team on content distribution
External (conferences, webinars, press)
  • Engage with triResolve customers, prospects and influencers to research, to help test and evolve the product content, identify potential opportunities, monitor the competitive landscape, and develop unique selling propositions to fit client needs
  • Act as a triResolve product expert and speak at roundtables and industry conferences both in-person and on-line
  • Help develop content for both CME and third party hosted webinars
  • Engage in calls and meetings with customers to promote triResolve businesses
Strategy
  • Combine market engagement with regulatory, market and product knowledge to identify triResolve product opportunities
  • Work with client development and sales team as well as BLM to determine and shape content creation strategy in order to meet commercial goals
  • Help adapt content to work across different operating jurisdictions and segments as products continue to develop over time
CME internal
  • Build internal relationships across the group and other BLM teams to assist in enhancing triResolve business exposure, draw intel and shape change
  • Provide training and conduct suitable meetings to ensure the wider business has a good working knowledge of the triResolve services and corresponding business priorities/strategy
  • As group initiatives come to form, help to evolve and mature them and, try to shape collaboration with wider group and wider triResolve BLM
Projects
  • Monitor and identify potential improvements in processes and reporting which can improve triResolve commercial effectiveness
  • Work to scope, design and implement process improvements
