The TTS Liquidity - Pricing and Client Experience Product Manager role will lead an effort to create a process for monitoring and improving client experience for LMS North America. The product spectrum includes Interest Bearing Demand Deposit Accounts (IBDDA), Investment Sweeps, Earnings Credit Rate (ECR), Transfer Balance Account (TBA) products as well as Deposit Account Control Agreement (DACA) service.  The role entails serving as the checkpoint on any new implementations to ensure they are going in correctly as well as helping to map out and drive forward process improvements to systemically fix the situation.  The Project Manager will also work closely with functional and control partners, such as Market Managers, global Product counterparts, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations and Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience - Process Improvement
    • Serve as the checkpoint on any new implementations to ensure they are going in correctly
    • Create / maintain client on boarding process flows
    • Map out and drive forward process improvements to systemically fix the situation
    • Manage projects, run focus groups and facilitate cross-functional meetings driving outcomes
    • Lead efforts aimed at resolving Risk issues and concerns (e.g., action plans)
    • Collaborate with Technology and Operations in defining business requirements for technology enhancements as well as conducting testing
    • Maintain DACA records and respond to DACA service inquiries and requests

  • Pricing
    • Conduct monthly reviews of client rates to ensure accuracy
    • Perform portfolio reviews to ensure clients are priced properly across products
    • Lead efforts aimed at identification and correction of pricing errors and calculations
    • Facilitate processes related to bulk client rate changes (e.g., post Fed Funds rate hikes or cuts)
    • Ensure implementation of accurate DACA billing for clients


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years relevant work experience;
  • Client Service, Product or Project management experience strongly preferred; familiarity with deposit products is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; resilience; teamwork
  • Ability to manage and influence within a matrix organization
  • Self-motivated and goal orientated
  • Highly organized and responsive
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
