Key Responsibilities:

Robust risk and control management is an essential and integral part of our business. Given that a range of risk and control activities in the N.A. Commercial Cards business, it is important for us to ensure effective coordination and a strong level of consistency across the Commercial Cards business groups and functions.
The N.A Product Controls manager will assist with establishing, running, and continuously enhancing the Risk and Control program for the in the following key aspects of the business:
• Provide oversight, guidance and support on risk and controls.
• Work closely with the Commercial Cards Regional Implementation, Risk and Client Operations teams on risks, controls and special projects.
• Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) Coordination
• Issue and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Process Oversight, Coordination and Validation
• Advisory linked to Audits, Franchise Reviews and Regulatory Examination Management
• Liaise with global Commercial Cards teams to ensure front to back alignment on controls.
• Support the business with compliance to Citi policies and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate Client Operations global MCA framework.
• Support audit, regulatory, compliance, and business monitoring reviews. Track deliverables and prepare status of the audit
• Strengthen the culture of controls for Global Commercial Cards through awareness presentations, thematic reviews and independent challenge.
• Travel requirement up to 10%

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Strong Project Management background and experience
• Operational and risk and control mind set. Ability to identify control weaknesses in an operational environment
• Candidate must have 5+ years of successful operational controls experience, with demonstrated knowledge of risk and controls
• Project Management and Change Management experience
• Knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and Citi policies
• Leadership, Motivation and Influence Skills
• Strong attention to detail and relationship management skills
• Adaptable and delivers on commitments
• Strong analytical skills
• Technological Proficiency. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Treasury & Trade Solution (TTS) product knowledge: Commercial Cards, Cash Management, Trade
