Job Description:

Job Description Primary responsibilities will include:
§ Lead the budget submission & planning effort for multiple projects across Sales, Research & Capital Markets Technology programs including strategic initiatives/business enablement projects and run-the-bank projects, both small and large that have significant impact on a line of business or a support function. Facilitate definition of project mission, goals, tasks and resource requirements using project related artifacts - charter, timelines, deliverables, risk analysis, resource plans etc.
§ Maintain strategic view of project dependencies, relationships, and overlap - analyze and review new business demands into related projects.
§ Manage coordination of diverse organizational health administrative activities including resource forecast and financials, audit/compliance/risk training or remediation commitments, service quality metrics, vendor resource management, business continuity plans, vendor fees, P&L reconciliation etc
§ Lead collaboration on cross-functional initiatives - facilitating effectively and mobilizing right people across teams/business units.
§ Assist with management of executive routines - leadership meetings, engagement strategy, communication strategy
§ Monitor and review the progress of project or area progress and prepare progress tracking and status dashboards.
§ Establish project process improvements to enable progress in a predictable pattern with unambiguous improvement.
§ Apply conflict management skills and influencing strategy to respond to changing business needs and high-priority tactical demands.
§ Work closely with the Business Stakeholders, Management Team, Development Teams, Infrastructure Management and support partners across SRCM.

Key Selection Criteria § Possess 5+ years of Project Management and Business Support experience with increasing responsibility role within the financial services industry with PMP certification.
§ Hands-on experience with budget preparation, finance, work scheduling & project evaluation tools is required.
§ Demonstrated communication effectiveness with disciplined organization and project management skills.
§ Ability to exert strong influencing skills to impact choices on immediate and long-term directions.
§ A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Information Technology, Operations Research or related field from a reputable university are highly desirable.
§ Experience in financial transaction processing & business intelligence "would be a plus".
§ Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
§ Demonstrate strong history of planning execution on large and complex projects in a global environment.
§ Candidate must be able to put people at ease when necessary and instill a high degree of trust quickly and genuinely.
§ Function effectively in cross-functional teams to ensure that critical work is owned and completed in a timely manner.
