Technology Product Specialist- Front Office
The Business TechnologyOptimization (BTO) team plays a key role in enabling the Global WealthManagement business to achieve its revenue objectives by providing leadership,engagement and optimization of all digital business applications and platforms.The team is aligned, co-located, and dedicated to specific Wealth Managementbusiness groups with the goal of transforming the user experience in order todrive profitability. BTO accomplishes this through awareness and engagement ofour partners with all new technology platforms.
As part of the BTO team you will be expected drive positive change throughawareness and adoption of the technology solutions available. As a technologyproduct specialist, you will be expected to take ownership of a group of clients,consisting of front-office wealth management professionals. Your role will beto guide them on their daily journeys through the use of new proprietarytechnology, and educate them on its benefits. The ideal candidate for this rolehas experience as a client-facing wealth management professional such as abanker, investor or financial advisor, and has a deep understanding of theirday-to-day functions. Moreover, this candidate should have a keen interest intechnology with the drive to become a subject matter expert. A successfulcandidate is passionate about technology and wealth management and who is amotivated self-starter. This person will ultimately drive full adoption of thenew technology platforms across their client coverage universe.
•Create excitement around new technology using exceptional communication skills,business acumen and technology knowledge
•Embedding yourself in theday-to-day of the Private Bank business, including attending morning meetingsand huddles and presenting technology rollouts when applicable
•Manage roll-out campaigns (including communication, engagement and training)for a specific suite of applications, on which the candidate will become asubject-matter expert
•Keep appropriate senior businessstakeholders apprised of technology changes that impact their business as wellas directing technology feedback through the appropriate channels
•Consistently keepingup-to-date with new tech product enhancements developed in an agile framework
•Initiate and deliver in-person individual and classroom style client training,leveraging knowledge of their business focus and with the goal of drivingclients to become adopters of new technology
•Own the day-to-day individual relationships with assigned clients
•Responsible for teachingassigned clients how to best complete their work using the new technologysolutions available for the purpose
•Proactively recommend optimized technology solutions when and whereappropriate
•Accountable for achieving given adoption targets
•Uses adoption metrics toefficiently target engagement
•Continuously enhance instructional delivery and presentation skills
•Responsible for the timely and appropriate reporting of actual and suspectedtechnology solution defects to tech partners and business stakeholders

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- •Ability to recognize, and communicate, ways to leverage technologies to enhance business practice, efficiency, time management, and communication systems
- •Strong business and finance acumen
- •Wealth Management business experience - experience working as, or closely with, front office professionals is preferred (financial/client advisor, investor, banker, etc.).
- •Candidates with FINRA Series licenses are preferred
- •Ability to plan projects and execute
- •Ability to present with impact
- •Excellent oral and written communication skills - demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- •Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills
- •Must be detail-oriented, flexible, self-directed, and able to work independently
- •Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to "turn on a dime", think through problems to come up with innovative appropriate solutions.
