Provide analysis of credit requests from Morgan Stanley's new and existing clients with a focus on leveraged lending. Timely and comprehensively complete credit analysis supporting loan and trading requests. Monitor the portfolio of existing clients within Utilities and Basic Materials. Analyze derivatives trading requests from new and existing large commercial industrial clients. Work with the business to find constructive solutions to credit issues. Ensure credit team receives information necessary to complete transaction analysis. Monitor portfolio of existing credits for warning signs of potential deterioration of credit profile.

Requirements :

Requires a Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as an Associate, Analyst, or a related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience with: capital market loan products; credit risk analysis of leverage buyout financing, M&A acquisition financing, asset based lending, working capital financing, market standards for negative covenants and credit agreement analysis of respective loan products, and stress loss testing based on credit structure; fixed income and commodity derivatives including understating payout structure of commonly traded financial derivatives including interest rates swaps, cross currency swaps, interest rate caps, forward starting swaps FX and commodity forwards, zero cost collars, and deferred premium options; performing credit analysis on industry, business, and financial performance to form credit views and assign probability of default; cash flow modelling, enterprise valuation methods, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate credit worthiness; identifying and quantifying credit risk associated to fixed income and commodities derivatives transaction using Monte Carlo-based stress testing; negotiating trading terms in International Swap Derivatives Agreement, Credit Support Annex, and Basel Eligible Guarantee; Microsoft Excel; Bloomberg; CapitalIQ; LCD Portal; RiskVision; QlikView; and CVA Trader.
