RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in New York, NY. Responsible for the complete inventory of business process models representing consumer and commercial banking business. Visualize, articulate, conceptualize and map complex work flows of onboarding and servicing for customers. Work alongside industry-leading technologists and innovative product managers in a highly Agile environment. As an agile practitioner work concurrently with at least 2-3 product delivery squads, such as lending, deposits, personal finance management etc. Work closely with our product team to understand the targeting and positioning of customers in order to develop business process models. The business models will accurately describe the experience of using the digital platform by customers belonging to each segment. Utilize Business process modeling notation (BPMN 2.0) or UML modeling standards to build business process models using any industry tools such as Signavio, TIBCO, JBPM and Microsoft Visio. Ensure the models are aligned with the architecture principles setup for implementing domain based architecture and micro services. The business process models that reflect the various API calls and service oriented architecture will be then used as the basis to develop code to support various applications. Understand the various data models and flows to ensure they are accurately reflected in the flows. Iterate the business process flows through the software delivery lifecycle with the information obtained in each stage. Utilize JIRA and BPMs tools such as Signavio to document decisions made to ensure that the Tech development is aligned with the Product requirements, Architecture priorities and Legal and Compliance requirements. Utilize the process model artifacts for enabling information sharing with governance bodies such as compliance, internal and external auditors and external vendors. Champion continuous improvement and enabling innovations that help in evolution and modernization of Tech Stack such as configurable orchestration layer and workflows built on top of business process models. Define and enable various controls processes such as privacy data management, Business continuity testing, System SLAs management and new regulatory implementations. Manage and maintain the solution architecture governance process including, Architecture review board, architecture principles, Architecture review Kanban board. Manage and track technical debt, and ensure appropriate prioritization and resolution. Manage a team of business process modelers. Responsible for the training, skill building and performance of the team and coaching and mentoring junior employees. Manage the business continuity planning tests for the architecture team. Provide monthly architecture training to all new employees joining the Consumer Banking division.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Must have five (5) years of experience with: f acilitating conflict resolution and building consensus within a geographically distributed develo p ment team ; c ommunicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders within the context of a software development project and program ; p lanning and helping manage risks, issues, and contingency plans ; and h elping teams or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them, follow up on deliverables, and maintain plans against business objectives. Must have four (4) years of experience with: Business Process modeling ; u tilizing business process modeling tools such as Signavio, TIBCO, JBPM and Microsoft Visio ; Financial Services including Banking and investment management ; w orkflow management tools such as eTask and Appian ; Solution Design ; Business Continuity Planning as well as testing for resources and applications ; p articipating Scrum team ceremonies such as retrospective, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand up s; and s upporting and educating the Product Owner on an Agile team, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the process requirement. Must have a certification/qualification in expert in Business P rocess Modelling (BPMN 2.0).
