Provide support and configuration for multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent and Performance Management. Provide support to HR teams, Senior Management, Finance among others. Performing data analysis and troubleshooting. Preparing HRIS process flows, procedures and job aids as needed. Business analysis and user acceptance testing. General understanding of interfaces with 3rd party vendors (i.e. medical, 401k, vision eligibility files).

My client, a large End User in New York City in the financial services sector has an immediate requirement for a Sr. Workday HRIS Consultant. They have just gone live with Workday HCM and are looking to build out functionality within the system.

Currently they only have core HCM functionality live and are looking to add additional modules utilizing an external consultant.

Responsibilities:

Provide support and configuration for multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent and Performance Management. Provide support to HR teams, Senior Management, Finance among others. Performing data analysis and troubleshooting. Preparing HRIS process flows, procedures and job aids as needed. Business analysis and user acceptance testing. General understanding of interfaces with 3rd party vendors (i.e. medical, 401k, vision eligibility files).

Requirements:

Ideally consulting background with 7+ years of experience working within HR systems. 3+ years minimum of Workday HCM experience required. Proficient understanding of system administration, HR processes Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills for providing knowledge to end users, management and other consultants.

Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to use the results of analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Although this client will consider consultants travelling to and from New York, the ideal candidate will be local to the tri-state area.
