Consultant, Business Analysis (Legal & Finance applications)

Overview:
---------------
•The Consultant(manager level) will work in a cross functional team environment comprised of technical staff, application end-users, business owners and an external vendor throughout MasterCard Global to provide functional application support for applications used by our Legal and Franchise(LFI) teams primarily for contract management (both sales and procurement).
•The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong functional knowledge across contract life cycle management, contract repository, legal processes, including attorney billing, payables, etc.
•Expected to support corporate objectives such as compliance, stewardship, governance, risk management and business continuity as they relate to our application landscape and additionally provide Project management for enhancements including integrating M&A entities.

• Responsible for maintaining partnership with business owners in Legal, Franchise, procurement and finance. Lead and own data integrations, system changes and enhancements and additionally support upgrades and other system support activities.
• Deep understanding of functional areas including contract life cycle management(CLM), contract repository, and other legal processes like attorney time-entry management, billing, payables etc. Additional knowledge on how to integrate data between on premise to/from Cloud applications (vice versa).
• Apply newer technologies like bots, predictive analytics, mobile tools etc. to ensure automation, analytical reporting and digitized usage of applications.
• Liaison with business owners and technical teams. Perform and own functions like understanding business requirements, mapping business requirements to system functionality, designing and documenting functional requirements.
• Hands-on system configurations for applications like iManage, Ariba Contracts, Legal Tracker, Seal-Software etc.
• Project manage implementation activities including integration of data from applications like iManage, Ariba Contracts, Legal Tracker, Seal-Software etc. to/from other ERP/HCM applications.
• Provide ongoing Production Support - including problem management. Will include logging tickets, status communication & escalation (as needed).
• Lead efforts on application training and change management specifically for applications like iManage, Ariba Contracts, Legal Tracker, Seal-Software etc. and associated processes.
• Perform activities like creating/modifying reports, dashboards, implementing/updating workflows, purchasing setups, etc.

All About You:
--------------------
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience in managing business applications in Legal, Franchise, Finance or Procurement.
• Knowledge of key Project Management methodologies & tools - including Microsoft Projects and Visio preferred
• Hands-on configurations in applications like iManage, Ariba Contracts, Legal Tracker, Seal-Software, Ironclad, etc.is preferred
• Working knowledge on integration tools like mule soft, dell boomi, etc. and analytical tools like Tableau, Alteryx, etc. is preferred.
• Strong business knowledge on contract life cycle management(CLM), contract repository, and other legal processes like attorney time-entry management, billing, payables etc.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills required - with the ability to effectively communicate & develop strong relationships within a multinational organization
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to independently prioritize and manage assigned projects
• International & Domestic travel may be required
