We have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Treasurer to assume responsibility for corporate cash management, oversight of corporate and fiduciary investments and general risk management related to financial activities.

 

Responsibilities:

•           Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

•           Our I-Client service philosophy and our Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always® should be visible in your actions on a day to day basis showing your support of our organizational culture.

•           Serve as primary contact for all Ascensus commercial banking relationships

•           Responsible for day to day operational cash inflows and outflows to ensure adequate liquidity for corporate needs at all time

•           Maintain a rolling cash flow forecast and ensure adequate planning of funding needs

•           Ensure compliance with all key provisions and covenants of the company’s senior secured credit facilities

•           Support the Chief Financial Officer and the Board of Directors in executing any debt capital markets transactions

•           Collaborate with all business units to determine proper timing of any large monthly/quarterly cash commitments to adhere to contractual obligations as well as overall working needs

•           Lead banking integration activities for all M&A transactions

•           Ensure current ISDA/Dodd Frank registrations to maintain ability to hedge interest rate or other financial risk exposures

•           Support the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation team and ensure successful go-live of all treasury-related modules

•           Work with Accounting to develop, document and enhance internal controls over treasury functions

•           Provide timely support to all external audit requests

•           Train, develop and mentor the junior treasury team

 

Requirements:

•           Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred

•           A minimum of 10 year’s treasury experience, preferably as Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer at a large, multi-unit and/or multi-national corporation

•           Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred

•           Detail oriented with strong time management skills

•           Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and to influence upstream organizations without direct management over these functions

•           Strong executive presence to serve as the face of Ascensus with our banking partners

•           Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

•           Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced environment
