Fidelity Investments is looking for a Financial Analyst to support Personal Investing (PI) Central Finance in financial planning/analysis, management reporting, and cost and profitability operations and analysis.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 2-4 years of financial analysis work experience

The Purpose of Your Role

The Personal Investing (PI) Central Finance team is primarily responsible for annual budgeting and planning, CFO decision support, monthly reporting and ad-hoc analysis. The PI cost and profitability team is responsible for the monthly allocations processing, reporting and analytics of the customer profitability tool. This position will support and participate in activities across both the functional areas.

The Value You Deliver
  • Supporting the planning process including multi-year strategic plans and annual operating plans
  • Supporting the production of strategic reporting in PI, including executive scorecards, quarterly executive updates, as well as official communications to ratings agencies
  • Serving as the PI liaison to Corporate and act as facilitator for internal processes within PI.
  • Developing and maintaining analyses for revenue and expenses for the business
  • Creating monthly reporting and analysis for the CFO's office
  • Processing of monthly allocations for cost allocations to customer and product
  • Validating allocation results and reporting/analysis of customer profitability
  • Working with Finance IT to support cost allocation methodology enhancements by supporting requirements, testing and production cut-over.
