Roles and Responsibilities Manage state licensing application/renewal process Manage state audits and examination Update collector training as needed when state/federal updates require Have extensive knowledge and understanding of all debt collection licensing laws Be able to serve as Collections Manager in all applicable states, including completing manager testing Be responsible for inquiries and be able to respond appropriately to these inquiries Work with other business partners on license requirements for new pursuits, new processes, changes in requirements due to regulatory changes Be able to perform risk assessments relating to the entire Risk & Compliance gamut Must be able to travel within the country and internationally Must be able to pass background check and credit check Education: Project management certification           Bachelors degree  Required Skills: Primary Skills Able to communicate effectively with all levels Full understanding of A/R and collections Expertise in RSA Archer including configuration and use Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook Be able to read and understand regulatory language and be able to translate that information into basic terms Sound knowledge of Information Security, Business Continuity and other areas relating to Risk & Compliance Project management experience Secondary Skills Legal training or background a plus Be able to work collaboratively with all members

 Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
