CLA is looking to hirean Impact/People Operations Coordinator to join our Internal Operations team that will support the Dallas, TX office. As an integral member of the team, they will play a role in taking initiative, ability to follow process within strict deadlines, self-motivated and thrive in a team environment.
In this position, they will provide operational and management support for leadership, Tax, and BizOps group. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage meetings, event scheduling, order supplies and shift priorities as requested
Places service calls when needed and reminder calls/emails to clients
Ensures that team members, leaders have all the information that they need and up to date on all matters
Resolve issues as they arise and assists with creating work flow processes
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks
Must be able to work independently or within a team environment
Successfully multi-task on various projects and answer Front desk required
Must be comfortable working with computers/ technology
IT Site Contact works with CLA IT on technology, computer and equipment refreshes, upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.
Scans tax workpapers which are used in the preparation of the tax return
Assemble and deliver tax returns electronically, client pick-up, mail
Deadline driven job flexibility to add projects/drop projects/assist others due to deadlines
Office management a plus experience with office over site
Responsible for annual tax organizers, engagement letters, IRS letters, projects, etc.
Other duties or task may be assigned, etc.
Education and Experience preferred or required:
3 or more years of related experience
High school degree or high school equivalency. Associate or Bachelor's degree, a plus
Proficiency with Workday and Professional services industry experience, a plus
Travel expected less 10% and reliable transportation required Proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
