As the head of our Professional Services Operations team, the Associate Director is responsible for ensuring that the various functional teams of the Global Professional Services organization have the tools needed to do their jobs and are operating at peak effectiveness and efficiency.  This role, manages a small team of analyst to drive the effective forecasting and KPI reporting of results on key services measures, including revenue, cost, and utilization.   Additionally the Associate Director is a key strategic partner to the other Services functional leaders in implementing and managing key processes that enable successful execution of our services to both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Service Operations team
• Establish key performance indicators and publish Global Services performance metrics for leadership dashboard reporting
• Perform trend reporting and identifies opportunities for continual improvement and enhancements.
• Lead resource forecasting and assignment for services projects
• Act as customer point of contact for service operations
• Deliver results today, while positioning/ growing to deliver improved results in the future.
• Liaise with Services functional leaders, Finance and Sales Operations as needed for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Implement and manage software that facilitates Services activities.
• Manage and administer vendors for software tools utilized by services to ensure success
• Drive and inspire continuous improvement with the aim to lower cost of delivery

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree.  Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Services Operations with project planning, execution, and history of improvements

Additional Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: 

• Strong business acumen as this role will be part of the Global Services senior leadership team
• Very strong interpersonal, management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team building capability and leadership skills to advance the unit and the organization
