The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing an organization or business domain and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology. The BA will document all business processes, use cases and requirements, as well as determine the high-level functional design for each requirement. Review test scripts and approve based on business process knowledge and use cases. Configure the application and prepare/modify the templates as and when necessary Collaborate with offshore development and testing teams to get the requirements delivered.
The Business Analyst is responsible for consulting with our clients to develop and document detailed understandings of client requirements in eCommerce engagements, translating those requirements into functional specifications and technical needs.
Facilitate client requirements gathering sessions with external and internal stakeholders; documenting those requirements into use cases, activity diagrams and functional specifications.
Work with Project Managers and clients on new/existing implementations to ensure timely and effective delivery of requirements documentation in line with agreed upon project hours;
Act as a key resource expert for the Salesforce application delivery maintenance team.
Understand current state of Salesforce platform and help vendors for any required efforts related to implementation and communicate best practices in Salesforce use data management and reporting.
Hands on experience with creating reports designing and developing dashboards and data management manipulation.
Excellent proficiency in managing workflows assignment rules field creation mass update upload tools automating backups permission sets and field tracking.
Work and deliver under tight and ever changing deadlines with the ability to multi task.
Evaluate select implement and integrate technology tools into a solution to support our business unit stakeholders.
Manage and enforce the CRM Change Management Process from development sandboxes to Production.
Maintain a well-organized and positive work environment Skill.
Identify and present process improvements for requirements gathering and documentation of those requirements.
Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
Tracks and reports hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
