Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative/Mortgage Servicing-Irving, TX Our customer service representatives provide high quality customer service for U.S. Bank Mortgage Customers by responding to telephone inquiries and customer requests/problems via our inbound calling system. CSR's will research and resolve problems and errors providing a first call resolution whenever possible while maintaining a five start customer service experience. Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to two years of experience in a customer service position

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures of banking products and services
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer calls
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Effective selling and referral skills
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Good time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service
