We are seeking a San Antonio based Pension Client Recordkeeping Associate to join our Pension Client Recordkeeping Team in Client Group U.S. West.
The Pension Client Recordkeeping Associate (“Associate”) resides within AB’s Investor Service’s division, supporting the clients invested in the Separate Accounts. The Pension Client Recordkeeping team is responsible for all transfer agency related services for both pooled and single AXA Separate Account clients. This includes but is not limited to
recordkeeping, reporting and client servicing. The team handles processing and quality control verifications on all daily trading activity, reconciling bank account balances associated with client deposits and disbursements, pulling control reports and closing the Separate Account activity for the day. Other duties include monthly fee assessment, production and distribution of client level reports, procedural documentation and implementation, responding to client requests, problem research and resolution.
The position is responsible for ensuring that all daily, monthly and annual processing, reconciliation and reporting of the pooled and single AXA Separate Account Contract level transactions and their corresponding money movements and client servicing are completed timely and accurately. The Associate is also responsible for delivering excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of cashflows and coordinating with other departments to resolve client inquiries.
Ensure exceptional servicing to our external Separate Account Clients by supporting the processing and reconciliation of their trading activity. Ensure all corresponding money movements are completed accurately and timely for the AXA Separate Account Contracts. Ensure timely distribution of client reporting and account statements.
Ongoing review of operational activities. Validate accuracy of data provided through quality control review, utilizing various internal systems and collaborate with multiple departments internal as well as external.

Qualifications, Experience, Education:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
• Professional, personable, and responsible in manner
• Organized, thorough, and conscientious. Establishes priorities and follows through on tasks to completion
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Number and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team setting
Special Knowledge: Knowledge of mutual funds, financial or business operations including: banking,
securities, and bookkeeping - preferred
