    OPS Group Description:
    Provide a brief overview of the OPS group, including the core businesses and business functions and applications the group supports, or, if an enterprise-servicing group, what enterprise functions and applications it supports. 

     

    Describe the role:

    In this role you will respond to inquiries in a knowledgeable and courteous manner while working within a team environment to maintain the high-quality standards set by AllianceBernstein Investor Services and our clients. The incumbent serves as the “front line” in representing who AllianceBernstein is and in building a positive perception of the Firm with existing and potential clients.

     

    Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports:
    Associates will work within TA2000, RUMBA, SMART Desk, and StorQM applications. They also utilize the AllianceBernstein website to assist clients with on-line account access.

    Responsibilities
    • Responding to customer inquiries with detailed information regarding existing accounts, mutual fund products, fund objectives, and legal requirements.
    • Processing account transactions, updating account history, and analyzing/researching account activity and history.

Associates will receive training that covers the details of mutual funds, the products we service and the specifics of the various account types.

    Qualifications
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Experience in a call center or financial services is a plus
    • high school diploma or equivalent
