We are seeking a San Antonio based Client Relationship Associate to join our Client Services Department.

OPS Group Description:

Describe the role:
In this role you will respond to inquiries in a knowledgeable and courteous manner while working within a team environment to maintain the high-quality standards set by AllianceBernstein Investor Services and our clients. The incumbent serves as the “front line” in representing who AllianceBernstein is and in building a positive perception of the Firm with existing and potential clients.
Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports:
Associates will work within TA2000, RUMBA, SMART Desk, and StorQM applications. They also utilize the AllianceBernstein website to assist clients with on-line account access.
