As a 2021 Associate Development Program (ADP) full-time employee with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.   This two-year full-time program has a start date of June 28, 2021 with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:

  • Learn how to work in a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and growth opportunities within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team:
ADP is FIS' Banking Solutions entry-level sales program for new graduates. The program is designed to build a strong and diverse pipeline of future sales talent by providing a structured career path that provides learning, development and support as participants progress through roles that progressively increase in scope and responsibility.  At the end of the two-year program, participants will well-positioned for accelerated success based on the experiences and network they have developed during the program.

The office locations available for this role is Milwaukee, WI, Jacksonville, FL, Atlanta, GA or virtual

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Support and participate in prospecting and relationship management efforts in markets served
  • Research, gather and summarize client and prospect data; critical thinking/problem solving
  • Participate in and prepare for client meetings and presentations
  • Learn about and articulate the value of FIS solutions to clients and prospects
  • Work collaboratively with sales management and sales executives on a variety of initiatives that support the achievement of sales targets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Sales or university sales program experience
