The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for translating Pictet AM's marketing strategy into a plan tailored to the German market.



In this role, you will work closely with local sales teams, product specialists and central marketing teams to develop and deliver targeted initiatives that strengthen client engagement, support commercial priorities and raise Pictet AM's profile in Germany.



The role sits at the intersection between our local distribution team and Pictet AM's central marketing function at its headquarters in Geneva.




Your role

• Marketing planning:
  
  
  
  • developing and maintaining the annual marketing plan for Germany.
  
  
  • defining local campaign priorities and the annual marketing calendar.
  
  
  • acting as the primary marketing contact for the German business and coordinating local stakeholders.
  
  
  • managing relationships with local agencies and external service providers.
  
  


• Marketing execution:
  
  
  
  • adapting and activating marketing content for the local market.
  
  
  • managing the delivery of events, digital campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
  
  
  • coordinating CRM-supported marketing activities and maintaining up-to-date client segmentation.
  
  


• Collaboration:
  
  
  
  • contributing to regional and global marketing projects.
  
  
  • supporting local brand development.
  
  
  • sharing insights into the German market, lessons learned from campaigns and best practices with central teams.
  
  

Your profile

• A degree in business administration with a specialisation in marketing or an equivalent further qualification.


• Several years' experience in a marketing role within asset management and/or wealth management.


• A comprehensive understanding of investment funds and the European asset management industry.


• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with internal and external audiences.


• A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with strong implementation skills.


• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.


• An independent, structured approach to work.


• A proven ability to work effectively in an international matrix organisation.


• Native-level or fully fluent German and excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of French would be an advantage.


• Knowledge of Salesforce and data analytics tools used to measure the impact of client campaigns would be desirable.


• The successful candidate must be resident in Germany. The position is based in Frankfurt.

You will combine strategic judgement with a strong ability to deliver, bringing initiative and attention to detail to a varied range of priorities and tasks. You will work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across sales, central marketing and other specialist functions. As the main local marketing contact, you will play an important role in translating Pictet Asset Management's capabilities into relevant messages for the German market.
