How yo will create an impact:

Yo will help leading pharmacetical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare organizations nlock vale from data by designing and implementing Advanced Analytics, AI, and Generative AI soltions.

Yo will extract, process, and analyze complex strctred and nstrctred datasets across the Life Sciences vale chain, inclding commercial, medical, patient, market, and R&D data.

Yo will leverage yor technical expertise to develop, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI soltions that address critical bsiness challenges and spport data-driven decision making.

Yo will combine Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Large Langage Models (LLMs) to generate actionable insights, atomate knowledge-intensive processes, and accelerate bsiness otcomes for Life Sciences clients.

Yo will translate bsiness qestions into analytical approaches and AI se cases, ensring that reslts are robst, scalable, and aligned with real-world impact.

Yo will take ownership of workstreams, collaborate closely with client stakeholders, and commnicate technical findings in a clear and bsiness-relevant way.

Yo will present analyses, AI soltions, and strategic recommendations to client teams and senior exectives.

Yo will contribte to the development of innovative offerings at the intersection of Data Science, Generative AI, and Life Sciences.

Abot yo:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Compter Science, Engineering, Economics, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or a related qantitative field.

Flency in German and English, with strong written and verbal commnication skills in both langages.

4-6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.

Strong experience developing, deploying, and scaling Machine Learning models sing Python or similar technologies.

Solid nderstanding of AI and Machine Learning methodologies, inclding tree-based methods, Bayesian approaches, and modern Generative AI technologies.

Hands-on experience applying Large Langage Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Agmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or related GenAI frameworks to solve bsiness challenges.

Familiarity with clod-based data and AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azre, GCP) and their services for data storage, compte, atomation, Machine Learning, and application deployment.

Knowledge of relational, SQL, and NoSQL databases, as well as Data Engineering and ETL/ELT processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable bsiness insights.

Excellent commnication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical adiences.

Proactive, entreprenerial, and collaborative mindset, with a passion for leveraging data and AI to solve complex bsiness challenges.

Experience in conslting is a strong pls.

Experience in pharma, medtech or consmer health is a strong pls, inclding familiarity with indstry data, bsiness processes, and challenges across pricing, market access and commercial fnctions.
