Your new role:
An opportunity is available for an experienced Business Analyst to join an established project team delivering a workflow and accounts payable solution.You will take a practical, hands-on approach to business analysis, working across processes relating to claims, invoices and approvals. With the broader solution and design already established, your focus will be on understanding business processes, gathering and refining requirements, and translating these into clear requirements for delivery. Working closely with Solution Architects, technical resources and business stakeholders, you will help ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Demonstrated experience in a hands-on Business Analyst position
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills
- Ability to understand and map business processes
- Experience translating business needs into clear delivery requirements
- Confidence working alongside Solution Architects and technical teams
- Ability to work effectively within an existing solution and established design
- Pragmatic, collaborative and delivery-focused approach
- Comfortable remaining focused on core BA responsibilities rather than project management
