Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare monthly financial accounts, cash flow forecasts and performance reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage treasury activities, distributions, payments, banking and working capital to maintain adequate funding and compliance.
- Oversee audits, BAS, statutory lodgements and regulatory reporting while liaising with external advisors and stakeholders.
- Support business operations through trust administration, process improvements, financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects.
In order to be successful, you will meet the following objectives:
- Degree qualified in Accounting or Commerce with a CA/CPA qualification and at least 5 years' experience in a similar finance role.
- Strong technical accounting skills with advanced proficiency in Xero, accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and deliver accurate outcomes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and customer-focused mindset.
