A leading enterprise organisation is seeking an experienced Insider Risk Program Lead to support the development and enhancement of its organisation-wide insider risk capability. This is an opportunity to join a high-profile risk uplift initiative, partnering with stakeholders across risk, technology, cybersecurity, legal, privacy and people functions.
Your new role
As the Insider Risk Program Lead, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation's approach to insider risk by developing frameworks, governance arrangements, risk assessments and control enhancements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify, assess and manage insider risk while supporting the delivery of strategic risk uplift initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide Insider Risk Framework.
- Conducting risk assessments and identifying opportunities to strengthen controls.
- Partnering with business, risk and technology stakeholders to improve risk management practices.
- Providing guidance on preventative, detective and response controls across employee, contractor and third-party risk domains.
- Driving initiatives that enhance governance, monitoring, reporting and risk management capabilities.
You will bring strong experience across risk management, governance, controls or enterprise risk frameworks within a complex environment.
You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Insider Risk or Insider Threat
- Operational Risk
- Non-Financial Risk
- Cyber Risk
- Risk & Controls
- Security Governance
- Experience developing or implementing enterprise frameworks or risk programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Ability to translate complex risk concepts into practical business outcomes.
- A collaborative approach to working across multiple business functions.
You'll join a highly regarded organisation undertaking a significant risk uplift initiative. This role provides the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic enterprise-wide outcomes in a complex and evolving environment.This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity based in Melbourne.
