Your Profile

We're looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented coordinator with strong stakeholder engagement skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring solid organisational and analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence to work independently while exercising sound judgement across multiple concurrent projects.

What is required from you

• Support project managers with administrative tasks, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation and minute-taking
• Prepare draft project status reports and maintain project registers and logs
• Track project costs and support forecasting of remaining costs and work
• Liaise with business stakeholders and vendors regarding project activities, hardware and services
• Follow up on actions, address barriers and escalate issues where required
• Maintain awareness of other concurrent projects and support consistent use of project tools, templates and repositories
• Assist with project documentation and document management in line with agreed methodology
