Join a leading financial services organisation undertaking a major regulatory transformation program. With a significant portfolio of change initiatives underway, you'll be part of a collaborative delivery team focused on uplifting client onboarding, data management, reporting, and business processes to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you'll support a high-profile transformation program focused on enhancing end-to-end onboarding processes, data management practices, workflow optimisation, and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, map data flows, support remediation activities, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the customer lifecycle. This is an initial 12-month contract based in Sydney CBD, with a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you'll have previous Business Analysis experience within financial services, banking, wealth management, financial crime, AML, KYC or regulatory change environments. You'll possess strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to analyse regulatory obligations and translate them into practical business and technology outcomes. Experience across client onboarding, customer due diligence (CDD), KYC remediation, AML compliance, financial crime programs, customer lifecycle management, data mapping, data governance or large-scale transformation initiatives will be highly regarded. You will be naturally inquisitive, able to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency whilst maintaining compliance outcomes.
