- Support the delivery of product and pricing initiatives to drive portfolio growth, profitability, and customer outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess business cases, define requirements, and support initiative implementation.
- Perform customer, product, and transaction data analysis using SQL to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Provide product expertise and guidance to stakeholders across business, analytics, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Review solution designs, test scenarios, and outcomes to ensure business requirements are met.
- Conduct data validation, reconciliations, QA checks, and impact assessments to support initiative delivery.
- Assist with governance, risk, compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and act as a bridge between business strategy and project execution.
- Support the transition of completed initiatives into BAU operations, including process and SOP documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement and help deliver enhanced customer propositions and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Commerce, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in one or more of the following:
- Product Analyst
- Pricing Analyst
- Business Analyst
- Product Management
- Customer Analytics
- Portfolio Analytics
- Proven track record of supporting successful project delivery and business outcomes.
- Experience working across both business and technology teams.
- Banking, financial services, credit cards, lending, or consumer finance experience will be highly regarded.
