What will your typical day look like?



Based out of Melbourne/ Brisbane (or elsewhere subject to travel), you will be for responsible for overseeing the Finance and Accounting services for clients, account management and business development to support growth of the BPS services. This role involves ensuring efficient financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and enhancing the overall financial health of the organisation.



The Business Process Services (BPS) Director will oversee a team of finance professionals delivering Finance and Accounting services to our clients, while leading stakeholder management and governance to ensure client satisfaction and optimal performance. You will work with a diverse range of complex private organisations, multinational organisations and listed companies on a wide range of finance related matters. This includes overseeing demand management, performance management, governance and continuous improvement.



Working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, you will solve diverse client problems ranging from transforming finance processes, controls & systems; to overseeing the delivery of ongoing Finance and Accounting Business Process Services in addition to acting as a virtual CFO.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.



You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

• Prior experience in industry in a finance and accounting role, or management consulting firm within service delivery Degree qualified in Commerce and/or Business is highly regarded.


• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a finance function or similar professional services role. Preferably a professional accounting qualification


• Experience in business development, account management and financial management


• Proficiency in finance and accounting ERP, software and applications


• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a range of clients.


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.


• Ability to strike a balance between BPS strategic vision and tactical execution


• Strong sense of team and passion to coach and develop others.
