Change Manager - Finance Transformation
12-Month Contract | $1,000/day + Super | Hybrid Working

We're partnering with a leading Big 4 bank to recruit an experienced Change Manager for a major finance transformation program focused on consolidating reconciliation systems and processes.

You'll lead change across a complex enterprise initiative, working closely with finance and business stakeholders to drive adoption, business readiness and successful implementation.

We're looking for:

• Proven Change Management experience within financial services
• Strong finance background with an understanding of reconciliation processes and finance operations
• Experience delivering change on finance transformation or systems implementation programs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile transformation program on an initial 12-month contract with hybrid working.
