Recently the RAA Board and Executive Team endorsed a new program of work that will provide a foundation for achieving the RAA's strategic goals, drive digital maturity and deliver better experience and outcomes for members and the community. The core piece of this program is a new Membership Platform - a centralised hub that will create a holistic view of members and their entire relationship with RAA. This new technology will also empower employees to deliver enriched experiences to both current and future members.
As a Technical Business Analyst on the program, you'll lead and facilitate technical and configuration analysis of core technical platforms. Undertaking as-is and to-be technical analysis for new and existing systems, you'll build a detailed understanding of a complex technical environment and provide valuable insights that will help to shape solution design, integration, and successful implementation of new systems. You'll be leading workshops and interviews to gather technical requirements, develop system integration design specifications and provide your expertise and support to testing and change management teams when needed. You'll need extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst including:
What you need to do now
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Analyst / Business - designing, developing, integrating and reporting in large, complex IT environments.
- Demonstrated experience involving:
- Implementation of enterprise COTS products.
- Implementation of CRM products (desirable)
- Implementation of enterprise platforms with 3rd parties (vendors, implementation partners)
- Large programs of work with multiple projects running concurrently
- Experience with MS Dynamics (desirable)
- Experience with MS Azure (desirable)
