The Opportunity

Kelly+Partners Bendigo is seeking a reliable, organised, and professional Administration Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of our Bendigo office.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for Client Managers and Partners
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Supporting our paperless office by scanning and archiving records
  • Managing ASIC and ATO correspondence, including annual statements
  • Preparing client invoices and assisting with administrative processes
  • Providing reception support and creating a positive experience for clients and visitors

  • Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
