  • Opportunity for an Associate Director for our Specialised Agribusiness Solutions (SAS).
  • Key team within Regional & Agribusiness Banking (RAB).
  • Based Brisbane CBD.


As the Associate Director you will work with the Director (and State Manager, where applicable) to support them through value add solutions for our corporate & institutional agribusiness clients. The Associate Director will be part of a State based sales team specialising in large family or complex exposures deemed to be outside the scope of the general agribusiness team.

The Associate Director is a key role which will have a critical involvement across credit submissions, annual reviews, concise credit correspondence and provide superior support and account management to our clients. You will have a strong background of financial modelling.

Our clients are within the Corporate & Institutional Agribusiness arena and so a strong track record engaging Agribusiness clients or a passion to engage clients in this area aligned to your superior credit and modelling skills is preferable.


The RAB - SAS team is the primary face to the market for all complex financing and advisory functions for Regional and Agribusiness' commercial and top tier agricultural clients and you will play a key role supporting this key client base.

You will play a key role ensuring that SAS is a unique offering for pre and post farm gate agribusiness clients throughout Australia. With the ability to assist with Asset, Capital and Equity Investments, provide assistance with domestic and international trade finance or assist our clients with same day transaction settlements, this team specialises in providing our clients with options to grow their business.

We're interested in hearing from people who:

• Research and analysis skills incorporating financial modelling skills, and a sound understanding of current tax and accounting standards.
• Experience in accounting, banking and/or finance related role.
• Extensive knowledge of bank products and financial services products and services and fulfilment processes.

• Previous experience within Agribusiness banking or a strong interest in the sector.
