About the Role

Reporting to the Practice Director, you will play a pivotal role through client acquisition and key account management within a defined industry. You will leverage existing global, regional and local client relationships and in doing so will closely collaborate with internal peers. Critically, you will positively impact those around you through the adoption and execution of company values and will be a champion of continuous improvement within the organisation.

Duties
  • Develop client relationships within a specified market, with a dual focus on winning new business and building on existing relationships
  • Manage end-to-end assignments for clients and/or with the support of a Resourcer
  • Conduct and oversee market-mapping exercises
  • Operate as a trusted advisor for your market, including the provision of market-intel; execution of marketing events and other value-add activities
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, including involvement in induction and training of new staff members
  • Contribution to internal process improvement and continuous operational efficiency and innovation

Skills & Experience
  • Experienced IT recruiter demonstrating a track record of success in developing new markets
  • Confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders within influential companies
  • Ability and willingness to contribute to the development of peers and run company initiatives
  • High levels of commercial acumen, a positive attitude and strong believer in team
