Data Governance Manager

Lead the implementation of an enterprise data governance framework whilst also overseeing the Data Governance Council.

Cbus continues to grow with another new role created. The Data Governance Manager will support the Head of Risk Management and Cbus leading the implementation of an enterprise data governance framework. This includes data governance policies, standards and practices required to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet Cbus’ business requirements.
  
This position will also be charged with overseeing the Data Governance Council, who will ensure that standardized data governance ‘tools’ including data requirements documents, data lineage work flows, metadata forms, data models etc. are used across the organisation by all relevant stakeholders. It will also act as an escalation for governance, data quality and protection issues.
  
The role requires excellent experience in leading Data Governance work programs, ability to drive change in a fast-paced organisation and excellent stakeholder management.
