Your new role
The Salesforce Delivery Leads are accountable for the end-to-end management of the firms project teams. Day-to-day tasks include:
  • Collaboration and alignment with the client project lead.
  • Working with the client project lead to create a clear articulation of the business objectives of the project.
  • Partnering with Business Architect/s and/or Business SMEs to define metrics that align to the strategic objectives and value drivers for the project. Measuring and report performance against goals.
  • Driving alignment of the solution to the business objectives of the project.
  • Managing the overall quality, schedule, and budget for the project.
  • Tracking weekly status against the project plan and issuing a weekly status report.
  • Ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and according to specifications.
  • Management of the project risks and issues process.
  • Management of the project change control process.
  • Understanding client expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Creating a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Monitoring the project team and making adjustments for greater efficiency and throughput where possible.
  • Collaborating with Architects, Delivery Stream Leads, Quality Analysis Lead, Change Lead and Business SMEs to define and/or pivot the scope and timelines of the project where appropriate.
  • Issuing client invoices and overseeing the payments process.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience should include:
  • Experience leading multiple, complex Salesforce implementations
  • Salesforce certifications including but not limited to: Certified Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder
  • Relevant University degree or an industry recognised qualification
  • An innovative mindset and a can-do attitude
  • A passion for problem solving enabled through technology
