What will be in your toolkit?

  • Strong communication and presentation skills and demonstrable stakeholder management experience
  • Experience with Unica/IBM Enterprise Marketing Manager essential
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience working in as a marketing campaign data analyst or similar
  • Experience with financial products especially lending and/or credit products would be advantageous
  • Hands-on experience with and knowledge of tools and techniques for data analysis (data warehouses, database or scripting languages e.g., SAS, SQL, Cognos, etc.)
  • Ability to work with diverse audiences and stakeholders to understand real-world requirements and translate these into workable data solutions.

  • Strong ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations
What might a day in the life look like?
  • Work with a small mixed-competency squad to improve the customer experience of borrowing from us
  • Build out our customer communication portfolio to address key moments in our customers’ banking journey
  • Monitor, analyse and adjust the data that feeds our communications to ensure accurate, timely and relevant activity for our bankers and our customers
  • Support the strategic development of our data environments
  • Support and mentor junior analysts and the analyst community within the broader team
  • Develop tools and methods to fully profile customers and customer segments
  • Source data from a variety of sources to combine, synthesise and analyse to generate insights
  • Support key data platform and/or data scheduling jobs to support insights delivery to key audiences (e.g. frontline, other tribes)
Chapter Description: Campaign Development
  • Ensure efficient and effective customer contact and campaign execution across the Tribes, including the management and orchestration/arbitration of contact recency and frequency rules, channel specific requirements and rules, key inclusion and exclusion requirements & needs, and efficient customer journey orchestration
  • Possess an analytical and inquisitive mindset to continuously improve the level of insight surfaced and develop customer campaign effectiveness visibility and tracking
  • Develop strong ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations
  • Undertake Campaign Build and optimise contact framework business rules
  • Ensure quality lead/insight delivery to channels and customers, focusing on first-time pass rate and throughput metrics
  • Possess strong communication and presentation skills to translate analysis into insights and present findings
  • Understand the legal, regulatory and policy requirements for usage of customer data, including customer opt-outs, consents & preferences, and privacy considerations
  • Suggest, design input into experimental design including control group strategies, champion/challengers, performance success metrics
