Opportunity for an Organisational Change Manager to work on a large workplace transformation project. One of WA's largest energy enterprises is looking for a Change Manager to be part of the Business Intelligence team. The project is an overall organisational change, the organisation is looking for a change manager
Your new role
As Organisational Change Manager you will work with the Change Lead to ensure the business is sufficiently prepared for the impact of the change and new ways of working. You will implement behavioural change plans and strategies to ensure the project is successfully adopted by stakeholders. The project is to implement an Enterprise Data Strategy over the whole organisation and cultural change.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience working end to end on large workplace behavioural and culture transformation projects and demonstrate strong organisational change management experience. You will demonstrate strong change methodologies including delivering change plans and strategies, impact assessments, running workshops and training. You will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with sound negotiating and conflict resolution skills and a demonstrated level of tact and discretion in dealing with a variety of matters, as well as the ability to quickly gain the respect and support of senior business stakeholders and executives.

The organisation is offering fulltime employment or contract. There is also the option to go part time, working 3-4 days per week, (pro rata salary) Flexibility giving the option to work from home, 40% Competitive salary
