Market leading Investments custodian looking for a Client services manager to join on a permanent basis

You will be responsible for pro-actively monitoring service delivery to key clients across Sales, Client relationship, Delivery Oversight, and 3 rd Part Asset management services. You will be taking a leading role in providing these high level and premium Services as part of the market leading International organisation going through a significant growth period.
Your new role Working as a Client Services manager you will be:
- Meeting all client inquiries in an efficient manner and setting realistic timeframes
- Establishing and building strong working relationships with internal operations teams and relevant external stakeholders
- Working with the operations teams to solve complex client requests
- Negotiating realistic targets and timeframes with clients and effectively communicating these to all relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying areas of risk and minimizing exposure in these areas.
- Carrying out KYC and AML functions for new clients as part of the On-Boarding process and Regulatory environment
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Significant experience within a middle office operations role with a sound knowledge of internal operations
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise tasks and work effectively handling multiple responsibilities
- Strong negotiation skills to manage Clients expectations
