Position Summary:
•The role is primarily for an onsite engagement portfolio lead with 17 to 18 years of experience in IT. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining high customer satisfaction. As an Engagement Portfolio Lead, the candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery towards the Customer by running Governance both internally and with the Customer. Candidate will be working closely with the internal stakeholders from various Service Lines, commercial teams and delivery teams spread across Australia & India predominantly to ensure that Cognizant provides delivery excellence through continuous innovation & improvement. Accountable for relationship management with the customer teams from technology and business ends of the client organization, primary management contact and liaison for Cognizant's delivery of solutions and services provided for the customer, driving periodic Governance directly with Customers through various forums as per the MSA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Minimum candidate should have 17 Years of work experience in IT.
•Strong understanding of the healthcare clinical domain knowledge in IT.
•Lead the delivery of multiple projects within the portfolio ensuring they meet quality time and budget constraints.
•Oversee the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
•Provide guidance and support to project managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
•Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
•Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards in all project activities.
•Facilitate effective communication between team members stakeholders and clients.
•Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports on project status to senior management.
•Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
•Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize team performance.
•Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
•Ensure that all project documentation is accurate up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):
•Master of Engineering (Control Systems)

Salary Range: >$100,000
