Executive Manager, People - Operational Risk
How will I help?
The purpose of the role is to proactively strengthen the management of people risk, within the expectations of key stakeholder groups including customers, employees, investors, regulators and the community.
You will be accountable for the formulation and delivery of 2nd Line operational risk oversight activities including leading development and implementation of strategies for improving people risk management practices and collaborating with Human Resources and Risk to embed and mature remuneration and accountability practices that promote the development of a strong, effecting and enduring risk culture.
Additionally, you will be performing independent review on the effectiveness of people risk management practices and identifying opportunities for improvement for divisions or for the Group and providing insight and oversight, positively influencing decision making to improve people risk management practices. What do I need?
You must have extensive experience in risk oversight roles and experience in roles that demonstrate non-financial risk management. A strong understanding of the management of accountability, remuneration, governance and culture is desirable. In addition, you must have demonstrable experience in influencing senior stakeholders.
