This Level 1-2 support role will provide both face to face and remote support throughout the organisation. With opportunities to progress into senior level support roles, this permanent opportunity reports directly to the Service Manager.

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Handling the face-to-face and remote end-user support function for 11 different sites
  • Logging all help desk calls or email requests into the reporting system
  • Analysing and resolving problems, aiming for a high level of first call resolution

  • Supporting Android and IOS mobile devices.
  • Being proactive and thorough in resolving issues and working towards reducing their reoccurrence
  • Escalating issues as required
  • All other tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
  • To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar end-user support role. Whilst having exposure to all the technologies listed above is not crucial to this role, having the drive and ability to learn them is. You must also be well spoken, analytically minded and keen to develop a broad technical skillset. It is vital too that you are able to transit to the IT Head Office near Ryde and to sites around Sydney and a drivers licence will be necessary for this purpose (pool car provided). The successful applicant for this role will have well developed customer service skills, a positive attitude and a proven ability to work independently.

In return, you will be remunerated competitively and will get the chance to work in a business with an innovative culture, a tightknit workplace and a positive attitude towards IT.
