Big 4 Bank looking for a new supervisor to oversee current team. As a Financial Markets Operations Manager, you will oversee the settlements and operations during the US & UK market hours. This financial institution actively encourages and support personal development in an inclusive environment.
Your new role
Working as a Financial Markets Manager you will;
- Ensure payment, confirmation, reconciliation, and investigation obligations have been met
- Deliver excellent process and change management skills
- Oversee settlement processing and delegate workload accordingly
- Ensuring operational risk compliance is met
- Responsible for resolving escalations
- Monitor trade exceptions and resolving throughout the day
- Work with Supervisor to ensure error's are captured are updated in a timely, consistent, and accurate manner
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- 5 years experience in Financial Market operations
- A background in people leadership
- A strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve in real time
- Professional verbal and written communications skills
- Flexible team player with the ability to work under pressure
