How will I help?

The purpose of the role is to deliver on our Risk Division purpose through effective operational risk oversight, insight and control. This role includes simplify systems, policies and processes to enhance risk management practices across the group.

You will act as Operational Risk day to day contact, providing specialised oversight, insight and control on key risks, controls, risk metrics and heightened/ emerging risks. In this role, you will advise, support and challenge in the application of framework and policy components, including risk and control identification and assessment, incident management, issue management, risk appetite and risk acceptance.

Additionally, you will actively contribute to and participate in Risk Community events and maintain active networks through onsite presence with business to build awareness and understanding of process and operating environment.

What do I need?

You have experience in operational risk, assurance or internal audit experience gained from a financial services organisation or consulting company.

You have demonstrable experience in strategic thinking, problem solving and prioritisation. You excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, will see you achieve success in this role.
