About the role;

As the performance reporting manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely reports for the Australian and New Zealand Operations this includes end of month reporting, group packs, quarterly financial statements and any other ad hoc reporting duties.

You will also work closely with the finance business partners to understand results and projected data analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high quality financial support and insights to aid decision making.
  • Proactively manage reporting timelines to ensure stakeholders expectations are met.
  • Maintaining and updating forecast models to accurately represent the company's goals.
  • Continuous improvement of analytics, month-end, projection and reporting processes to deliver enhanced outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively across the finance teams to ensure analysis is insightful and aligned when presented through different lenses.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with finance counterparts,
  • Providing financial update to relevant stakeholders inclusive of forward-looking insights
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis on the financial performance of the business.
  • Responsible for driving improvements in financial control and advice across individual projects and the Group investment plan

About you

The ideal candidate will have proven experience providing end to end project financial support, analysis, financial reporting, and modelling

In addition to this you will have:
  • CA or CPA qualification or equivalent
  • 7 + years' experience in a performance reporting function, preferably in financial services
