Project Coordinator
A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join a major Transformation Program in our Financial Services client based in Sydney CBD
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the framework to manage project scope, schedule, quality and cost
- Ensure integration with associated processes including reporting, risk management, change management and quality assurance
- Ensure the reporting requirements accurately measure the project and program performance
- Administration in project management processes including status reporting, budget management and schedule management
- Establish and deliver appropriate communications to the PMO, Stream Lead's, Project Manager's and project team members as required
- Assemble, maintain and collate project information to produce coordinated, consolidated and timely reporting including risks and issues, milestones, resources and financials
Key Experience
- Demonstrate a high-level knowledge of project management delivery processes
- Strong leadership and communication ability with a demonstrated ability to be pragmatic
- Experience working within a project environment and managing conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated personal characteristics of perseverance and adaptability
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks
