My client is recruiting for a Property Investment Manager, this role is a great opportunity to join a growing property group as an Investment Manager, this will include financial modelling, deal structuring and providing market analysis.

My client is a diversified property group specialising in commercial, residential and industrial developments internationally.

Description

Provide financial analysis of potential sites and assets.
Understand and provide information around the state of the Australian economy and global financial market.
Use advanced modelling to complete feasibility studies.
Work closely with investment analysts to assess investment opportunities.
Operate complex financial modelling to project profitability potential.
Understand and provide knowledge around local and global real estate trends.
Decision making surrounding financial and investment opportunities on behalf of the business.

Profile

Experience in a similar role within the property sector.
Able to analyse the macro economic environment.
Able to analyse market conditions and come up with investment strategies.
Great experience in understanding the economic and financial management of the property market.
Good attention to detail and ability to present to senior executives.
